By visiting lostrimsourdough.com (the “Site”) or placing an order with Lost Rim Sourdough Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or place an order.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. About Our Products
Lost Rim Sourdough Co. is a small-batch artisan bakery based in Boise, Idaho. All products are made in small quantities using a 24-hour fermentation process. Because our baked goods are made to order, availability may vary by week.
Our products contain common allergens including but not limited to wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Some products may also contain other allergens — please review individual product descriptions carefully. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before ordering at [email protected] or (986) 837-8189. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
3. Ordering
Orders must be placed in advance to allow sufficient time for fermentation and baking. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all orders placed through our Site, but we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to ingredient availability, production capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, and pickup information) is accurate and complete.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payments are processed securely through Square, Inc. We do not store your full payment card information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Square’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Idaho sales tax will be applied to your order where required by law.
5. Order Pickup
Lost Rim Sourdough Co. currently operates on a pickup-only basis. Pickup is available at:

Pickup details (days, times, and any special instructions) will be communicated to you after your order is confirmed. Please ensure someone is available to collect the order at the agreed time. Uncollected orders are held at our discretion and may not be available for later pickup without prior arrangement.
We may offer local delivery or shipping in the future. Any such services will be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of ordering.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you if there is a problem with your order.
If you have a concern about a product you received — for example, a quality issue or an incorrect item — please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at [email protected] or (986) 837-8189. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on the situation.
Cancellations requested before fermentation has begun may be honored at our discretion. Once fermentation has begun, we cannot guarantee a refund for a cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Lost Rim Sourdough Co. or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Rim Sourdough Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
