This ~90 minute hands-on class walks you through the basics of sourdough: how to create your own starter, how to keep it alive, and how to turn it into real bread.
You’ll mix your own dough, work through stretch and folds, then learn how to pre-shape and final shape a batard. Your shaped loaf goes home in your banneton, ready to cold-proof and bake. You’ll also take home a second portion of unshaped dough to practice shaping on your own.
